06 Questions
Before you drive
Anything we haven’t covered, ask a concierge — we answer quickly.
What do I need to rent?
Drivers 25 and older with a valid driver's license and proof of full-coverage auto insurance. A refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required for every rental.
Do you deliver the car to me?
Yes. Complimentary delivery within 20 miles of central Phoenix. Beyond that, we’ll quote a flat rate — no surprises on arrival. Or pick up near Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Is there a mileage limit?
100 miles a day are included. Extra miles are billed at the rate in your rental agreement.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes. Every driver must be 25+, listed on the rental agreement and show their license at handover.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is held for each rental. The amount depends on the car and is shown in your quote before you book.
What's the minimum rental?
Two days. Three days on big event weekends (Barrett-Jackson, the WM Phoenix Open, spring training).
What are the house rules?
No smoking or vaping, no pets, no track days, launches, burnouts or off-roading. Premium fuel only, returned at the same level. Tolls and tickets are passed through.
What's the cancellation policy?
Our full cancellation policy is shared with your quote and in the rental agreement, before you pay anything.
Do I pay online?
No. Send an inquiry and our team confirms availability, sends your quote and the rental agreement. Nothing is charged on this website.
